1.Reservation and payment process
Payments: Our website will provide you with the availability and prices of the villa and if you are interested you can make the payment of the reservation, 30% of the total amount.
The remaining amount must be paid 30 days before arrival. If payment is not made on time, Miami Locattions reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
Booking confirmation: once the 30% payment has been made, the reservation will be confirmed and you will receive an email with all the details.
Tourist tax: The tourist tax is not included (they are € 0.90 per person and day per person over 16 years old), it will be paid on arrival at the agency. It only applies for the first seven days, after that it is exempt.
Children under 16 years of age are exempt from paying the tourist tax but are required to register for tourism.
Deposit: € 400. It can be deposited in cash or a copy of the credit card, it is not charged.
The deposit will be returned upon departure once the villa is checked.
Entrances and exits:
On Saturdays, check-in will take place between 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and check-out from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
In case of arrivals or departures out of the hours, contact the office.
2.Cancellations
The person who made the reservation must notify it by email.
Refunds:
50% refund in case of cancellation in any case 30 days before arrival and 100% in case of cancellation in any case 60 days before arrival.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival, it will be penalized with 100% of the amount of the reservation.
Special conditions associated with the COVID-19 pandemic: in case of circulation restrictions or confinement in the area of origin or destination, the refund is 100%.
3. Accommodations with health and safety COVID-19 measures
Miami Locattions has an external professional cleaning company (the same for 20 years) with qualified personnel, using professional cleaning and disinfection products as prevention against the COVID19 pandemic, complying with the cleaning/disinfection protocol for these cases, as well as the bedding and towels supplied, washed and disinfected at 60ºC, following the guidelines of the WTTC (World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC)
